Charles Crosthwaite Corporate Counsel was established by its principal, Charles Crosthwaite, a veteran “City” lawyer, following his taking early retirement as head of the UK corporate practice of a US law firm in May 2008. Charles remains a consultant to his former firm providing high level M&A and capital markets transactional support. Charles has identified a gap in the market for experienced and businesslike corporate lawyers to assist companies in managing the legal aspects of their corporate finance needs more cost-effectively and efficiently.



Mathys & Squire is highly skilled in the commercialisation and enforcement of patents, licensing negotiations, technology transfer and government contracts, as well as IP audits, mergers and acquisitions and related aspects of corporate finance. Mathys & Squire have so far registered UniVirtua patents in the UK, Europe, and United States of America. They have also handled UniVirtua's registered trade marks, copyrights and logo’s.



UniVirtua has been awarded an Innovation Voucher from Enterprise Ireland. The objective of the Innovation Voucher initiative is to build links between Ireland's public knowledge providers and small businesses. The fund has been used to allow a small team of graduates to develop advanced financial services software based on the Majic Platform.



RoutoMessaging is a full services provider for SMS and MMS messaging, empowering businesses and organizations all over the world to succeed in exploiting the potential of their mobile messaging goals. Majic requires secure SMS routing for two key purposes; delivery of core Majic-based smart apps to it's subscribers and to send alerts to a device to wake the app and notify the user. UniVirtua has developed close ties with Routo, with a view to exploiting its services as an integral part of Majic's messaging features.



CO Awareness is a registered charity that supports the many victims of carbon monoxide poisoning and other Products of Combustion (POC). It also extends support to the families and friends of victims. UniVirtua has been involved in a project to develop a CO Awareness informational smartphone app, featuring a Donations section secured by the Majic Mobile Platform. The app was launched during Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week at the House of Lords on 21 November 2011. The application is available for download from the CO Awareness website - www.covictim.org - and also from the Android Market.
